This drawing of a Nile Crocodile was started many years ago with the head end published as "Nile Crocodile" in 2000. Gary has spent much more time finishing the drawing since, and although part of it is still "unfinished" it is now as he wants it to finally be. The picture has evolved, hence its name, and the original sold at Gary's Heart & Soul Exhibition in April 2016. He has published it to coincide with this show in central London. It is published as a signed limited edition giclee print on Hahnemuhle German etching acid free paper, providing a depth and texture matching the original. This single edition is limited to 200 copies and 20 artist proofs.

    Gary's highly successfully Heart & Soul Exhibition which raised funds for elephant conservation was a sell-out. To coincide with the show Gary chose two of his drawings, the second being Moonshine, to release as a signed limited edition print. The 16 years during which this picture "evolved" reflected the exhibition which showed drawings from his 27 year career and even included some of his work before that time. the original of Evolution sold at the Heart & Soul Exhibition in April 2016 for £18,500 in aid of elephants.

    Gary personally oversees the printing process to ensure superb quality reproduction from his original pencil drawing. Evolution is limited to only 200 copies with 20 Artist Proofs. The Hahnemuhle German etching acid free paper he has chosen to complement the giclée printing process and best show off the incredible detail is archival quality. Ideal for giclée printing it has an excellent permanence and resistance to ageing.

    Gary quality checks each print which is then individually numbered by hand and personally signed by the artist.
